These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FirstAppUsers. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

FirstAppUsers is a point-based app-discovery service. Users may submit public App Store or Google Play links, try other apps, provide qualifying screenshots, earn points, and use available points to make their active apps available for other users to try.

2. Eligibility and profiles

You must be at least 16 and legally able to accept these Terms. You may begin with a guest profile or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to your browser, guest profile, and Google account. Clearing cookies may cause an unsigned guest profile to become inaccessible.

3. Apps you submit

You may submit only apps that you own, control, represent, or are otherwise authorised to promote. Submitted links must lead to a legitimate public App Store or Google Play listing. You must not submit malware, deceptive apps, illegal content, impersonations, or apps that infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

4. Trying apps and screenshots

You must genuinely download and install an app before submitting a screenshot. The screenshot must show the matching App Store or Google Play page indicating that the app is installed. You are encouraged to open and try the app. Screenshots must be authentic, relevant, and must not be manipulated to obtain points. FirstAppUsers does not require public ratings or store reviews. Any optional feedback, rating, or review must reflect your genuine experience and comply with the applicable store's rules.

5. Points

Points are an internal service feature. They have no cash value, are not property, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money. We may correct, withhold, or remove points where reasonably necessary to address errors, duplicate submissions, fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Points do not guarantee any specific number of downloads, users, reviews, feedback items, conversions, retention results, ranking improvement, or timeframe.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Submit false, duplicated, stolen, or misleading screenshots or information.
• Create or use profiles to manipulate points or evade service limits.
• Use bots, scripts, scraping, automated submissions, or other unauthorised automation.
• Interfere with security, availability, rate limits, or another user's access.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, confidential, or rights-infringing content.
• Use the service to obtain fake ratings, deceptive reviews, or other activity prohibited by Apple, Google, or applicable law.

7. Content and permission to operate the service

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant FirstAppUsers a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, reproduce, and display submitted app information, icons, and other content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Screenshots may be accessed by authorised administrators for review and abuse prevention.

8. Third-party apps and services

Apps, store listings, websites, and services reached through FirstAppUsers are controlled by third parties. We do not develop, endorse, inspect, or guarantee every third-party app. You are responsible for deciding whether to install or use an app and for reviewing its permissions, privacy practices, terms, device compatibility, and safety.

9. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service improvement, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Where reasonably possible, material adverse changes will be communicated through the website.

10. Suspension and removal

We may reject screenshots, remove apps or content, adjust points, limit access, or suspend a profile where we reasonably believe these Terms, store rules, applicable law, or service security have been violated. Users may deactivate or remove their apps through the available profile controls.

11. No guarantees

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FirstAppUsers is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that another user will install, retain, review, rate, purchase from, or continue using an app. We do not promise business results, revenue, store ranking, or compliance of third-party apps.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FirstAppUsers and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, reputation, business, or data arising from use of the service, user conduct, third-party apps, store decisions, or service interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where applicable.

13. Responsibility for misuse

You are responsible for losses and third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the service, your infringement of another person's rights, or content you submit in violation of these Terms. This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

14. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of FirstAppUsers, without overriding mandatory rights that apply in your country. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies will have jurisdiction as determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer's non-waivable right to bring a claim before a competent court.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or service-related reasons. The updated Terms will be published here with a new revision date. Continued use after an update means that the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
